Before you build, consider design elements you might desire: type of exterior finish (ie: brick, stone, concrete siding, smart siding, stucco, mixed material), style of home (ie: contemporary, ranch, modern, industrial, craftsman, traditional), roof pitches, and texture of the roof lines, and outdoor spaces, etc.
